Every session is designed to be smooth, relaxed, and tailored to you. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Let’s Chat
We’ll start with a conversation to discuss your vision, preferences, and any ideas you have for the shoot. Whether it’s wardrobe choices, location suggestions, or specific shots you’re after, this is where we plan the details.
Step 2: The Session
On the day of your shoot, it’s all about collaboration. While I’ll handle the technical and creative aspects, your preparation and energy are key. From wardrobe changes to posing, we’ll work together to create stunning images.
Step 3: Image Selection
After the session, I’ll review and cull the images to find the best captures. These selections will be shared with you in an online gallery, where you can choose your favourites for editing. This step ensures you have full control over the final images you receive.
Step 4: Edit and Delivery
Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll professionally edit and retouch each chosen image, enhancing them while keeping the results natural and timeless. Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery within [timeframe], ready to download, share, or print.

After the session, you’ll receive an online gallery of the best images. From there, you can choose your favourites to be professionally edited.
Professional Editing
Each selected image will be carefully edited to enhance its beauty while maintaining a natural look.
Online Gallery Delivery
Your final images will be delivered through a secure online gallery, where you can download high-resolution files, share them with friends and family, or order prints.

How to Prepare for Your Shoot
To ensure you feel your best and the session runs smoothly, here are some key preparation tips:
- Hydrate and Rest: Drink plenty of water the day before and get a good night’s sleep.
- Eat and Bring Snacks: Have a balanced meal before the shoot to keep your energy up, and bring snacks to keep you going, especially for longer sessions.
- Wardrobe and Accessories: Bring multiple outfit options, including backup pieces in case of unexpected changes. Don’t forget accessories that align with your vision.
- Makeup and Hair: Arrive with your hair and makeup done unless we’ve arranged for an on-site stylist. Consider bringing touch-up products like powder and lipstick.
- Props and Personal Items: If you’re incorporating props or specific items into the shoot, double-check that you’ve packed everything you need.
- Relax and Have Fun: It’s natural to feel a bit nervous, but trust the process. I’ll guide you through posing and ensure you feel confident throughout the session.

Not at all! I work with people of all experience levels, from seasoned models to those stepping in front of the camera for the first time. You’ll be guided through every step of the process, including posing, so you can feel relaxed and confident throughout your session.
Choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. I recommend bringing multiple options, including solid colours or textures that complement the setting. If you need help deciding, we can discuss wardrobe during your consultation.
Absolutely! Whether it’s a friend, partner, or family member, having someone you trust can help you feel more at ease during the shoot.
While I don’t include hair and makeup as part of the session, I can arrange a professional makeup artist for an additional fee. Let me know during your consultation if you’d like to add this service.
For outdoor sessions, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast and reschedule if necessary. I’ll work with you to find a new date or an alternative indoor location.
You’ll receive your curated gallery of images for selection within 2 business days after the shoot. Once you’ve chosen your favourites, final edits are typically completed within 14 business days.
The number of final images depends on your session and package. During our consultation, we’ll discuss how many edited images are included and any options for purchasing additional edits.
I understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 7 days in advance, and we can arrange a new date.

When you book with me, you’re not just booking a photography session; you’re investing in an experience tailored to capture the essence of your story. Every session is designed for optimal results within a dedicated 2-hour timeframe, ensuring ample time for rapport-building, outfit changes, and refining poses.
Session Options:
Outdoor Portraits
• $400 (Includes 3 professionally edited images)
• Additional images: $45 each
Studio or Indoor Shoots
• $400 + applicable location fee (Includes 3 professionally edited images)
• Studio fee: $300 for 4 hours
• Airbnb fee: ~$300, depending on location
•Additional images: $45 each
Fire Shoots
• $280 (includes 6x professionally edited images)
•Additional images: $45 each
Premium Option: All-Inclusive Package
For clients who want everything without limitations:
• $950
• Includes all professionally edited images from the gallery (typically 20–30 images).
• Studio or Airbnb costs are added if applicable.
Note: The all-inclusive package must be purchased before the shoot. It cannot be converted after the session.
Payment Options
I understand that investing in photography is a big decision, which is why I offer flexible payment plans. You can split your session cost into manageable instalments to make it easier to budget for your shoot.
Travel Fees
For locations outside a 15km radius of Hope Island, QLD a travel fee of $0.70/km (round trip) applies.
Timeframe
Your initial gallery for selection will be delivered within 2 business days of your shoot. After you choose your favourites, final edited images will be completed within 14 business days.
